Alisha Wainwright was born on July 14, 1989 in Florida, USA. The first time she was in a role as an actor was in 2008's film Murder on Her Mind. In the decade 2010s, she became a full-time actor and made her debut in Just Before I go (2014). Television roles include single-episode appearances on Criminal Minds (TV show) and Married. The family was from Dallas, Texas with her siblings and parents. Holland Roden was educated at the Hockaday School. This is an exclusive girls' school. Her background is in medicine, and her entire family has studied women's studies as well as molecular science at UCLA. Holland Roden, who wanted to be a thoracic and cardiothoracic surgeon, studied premedical in the past few years. Then she decided to try acting. In the following years, she played one-time episodes in diverse shows, including Major Crimes (Switched at Birth) as well as Switched at Birth. Then, in two episodes of General Hospital she played Nurse Kelsey. Between 2017 and 2019 she played Maia Roberts on the Freeform television series Shadowhunters. Raising Dion followed. Her next project is alongside Justin Timberlake in Palmer.
